Archdale Animal Hospital Archdale Animal Hospital is a full service companion animal hospital that has proudly served Charlotte, NC for almost 50 years.

We are a family owned, full service companion animal hospital. Archdale Animal Hospital was started at this location almost 50 years ago by Dr. John Barton. He felt it was important to provide quality medicine in an atmosphere where he could get to know his patients and clients well. In 1990, his son-in-law, Dr. Barry George, joined the practice and has continued this tradition of quality medicine

and customer care for the past 23 years. We value the relationships we have with our clients and their pets, some clients are the third generation of a family to bring their pets to us. We love being small enough to know our patients and families, yet we are proud of being able to provide the best possible medical care. We offer full medical, surgical, and dental services with in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and Class IV laser therapy.

We will be opening on a two hour delay to ensure staff and clients can safely make it into the clinic due to the weather.

We will return to our normal business hours TOMORROW Friday February 21st.

BIG NEWS!! // Archdale Animal Hospital will have new hours beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5th!

We will be open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM Saturdays. Doctor appointment hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are looking forward to continuing to serve our patients during this exciting change!

CLOSED FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND || We wanted to let everyone know that we will be closed on Saturday, September 2 and Monday, September 4 for the Labor Day weekend.

When we reopen on Tuesday, September 5, we will have NEW hours!

We will be open 7:30 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:45 to Noon on Saturday.

If you have a veterinary emergency, there are 24 hour veterinary emergency hospitals open to help you.

We wanted to let everyone know that we will be closed Monday, May 29, for Memorial Day. We will be open our regular hours Saturday, May 27 and Tuesday, May 30.
