It’s been blazing hot (we’re talking 100 degrees) so we took training to the water.

Rex the Golden Retriever has been crushing his obedience sessions, and this week, we used that foundation to teach him something new… how to swim!

We hit Lake Norman State Park, and with a little confidence and guidance from us and his buddy Koda, Rex dove in (literally). Obedience isn’t just about control, it’s about opening up a world of possibilities.

Whether it’s hiking, swimming, or just enjoying more freedom, training gives your dog the skills and confidence to do more with you.

EDIT : Lucy has been trapped and is safely home

Lucy went missing from Primal Brewery in Huntersville Saturday afternoon. She was last seen heading in a wooded area towards North Mecklenburg Park. She is afraid of new people and will NOT come to you. Please take a picture if you can and report any sightings so EPIC can get traps set.

🎉 Farrah graduates today! 🎓🐾

This smart girl just wrapped up her board & train program and is heading home with a whole new set of skills! From leash manners to handling her reactivity around other dogs, Farrah has come so far and we’re incredibly proud of her progress. 💪

We’ll miss her sweet personality (and those ears 😍), but we know she’s going to thrive at home with her new tools and confident handlers. Great job, Farrah! 👏
