Back in November a very sweet lady had 4 stray puppies show up at her home. She contacted us and was able to keep them safe while we fixed and vetted them. The puppies were moved to foster homes before going on transport December 19th. Daisy's mom sent us this photo! To us this photo shows the "essence of rescue" and we just had to share it with you.

All it takes is one yes to save a life!
Short term fosters are always needed.

Jetty is now living happily in her forever home on the east coast, all because a kind lady said yes to fostering.

So far this year, we have rescued and transported over 350 dogs to our rescue partner, Save One Soul Animal Rescue League. We have also rescued and adopted out 46 cats. Once we commit to bringing an animal into rescue, we vet them completely, bring them up-to-date on vaccinations, spay/neuter, and begin heartworm prevention. If one of these animals that we have committed to is found to have any underlying issues, we treat those as well. We have treated anything from heartworm positive dogs, puppies with ringworm, Demodex mange, to tiny little Cinnamon who needed surgery for her broken leg. These can be expensive and unexpected, but we have fully committed to helping these animals in need.
