Whole Pet First Aid Kits Are Here!
Available at all locations for $25, all proceeds go to The Hope Fund to help animals in need of life-saving medical intervention.

With physical exercise being a core component to keeping our pets happy and healthy, we thought it was time to provide a first aid kit that encourages that lifestyle! We all know that things happen and being prepared is the best remedy. Bee sting? No problem, now you've got Benadryl tabs on hand and a quick dosing card. Cut paw pad? No problem, now you've got bandaging material and a quick "how-to" instructional video by our very own Dr. Linen to walk you through applying a bandage. We've also left some room for whatever you'd like to add whether it's a few emergency tablets of a medication your pet relies on, a slip lead in case you happen upon a stray pet, or a few emergency snacks in case your pet (or you) gets hangry (no judgement here).
Unexpected injuries/incidents can be stressful, but we're hoping our first aid kits bring a little peace of mind to have on hand.

Our kits include:
-Benadryl Dosages
-Poison Control Contact #
-Bandaging Materials (gauze, cling wrap, non-stick pads, vet wrap)
-Benadryl Tablets
-Neosporin Ointment
-QR code for Dr. Linen's how-to bandaging video and first aid blog full of quick first aid tips.

Summer is quickly approaching, bringing with it summer break, time in the water, and several Whole Pet birthdays and anniversaries! Speaking of birthdays...today is Dr. Hall's birthday! Our June team members each bring their own unique pizazz to Whole Pet and to our day. There is never a dull moment with this crew! Also, a little shout out in remembrance of the excitement we had when Dr. Calo's journey brought him back to Whole Pet Wilmington a year ago!

Throwback Thursday:
Everyone needs a little Smitty in their life, always a pleasure to see this little gentleman! He's 5 months old now and we're catching the feels looking back at his profile photo from February.
Did you know your pet has an ID photo for their records in our system? For some of you that photo was take just the other day, for others it was years ago. There is something so special about opening a senior patient's file and seeing their puppy photo from their first visit with us. Longevity medicine is a passion of ours and having the privilege to walk alongside you on your pet's life journey is something we will never take for granted.

Brotherly support at its finest!
Spanky came along to cheer on his brother Murphy for his underwater treadmill session (and for the peanut butter of course).
The underwater treadmill is a great way for Murphy to regain strength and motion after having TPLO surgery without being too hard on his joints.
