Big day today for ES Kandy Korvette! He had a successful collection today and we bred two very nice mares with it! Praying those girls took and counting down the days until we can confirm! I picked two of the best mares I have to cross him on for his first foals; mares that are proven performers and one is also a proven producer (the other was a maiden). I purposely chose these mares because of not only their credentials but their potential to produce foals that will exceed in the barrel pen and/or the roping pen. ES Kandy Korvette is a son of Million Dollar Sire and Equi-Stat number 2 leading Junior Barrel Sire, The Kandyman (Tres Seis x Famous Silk Panties x Dash Ta Fame) out of money earning and producing daughter of Unik Cowboy Gold, Cowgirls R Gold. He carries some of the hottest blood in the industry right now as well as being out of the cornerstone mare in this program. Backtracking a bit to finally post baby number 3. This is ES Peppys Two Quick (AQHA pending) a dark bay/brown (can’t tell if he will roan out or not yet) c**t by Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of Quick Peppy Blue by Quick Little Lena. This c**t is double bred Quick Little Lena, and he in fact carries enough Quick Little Lena blood to be considered a “genetic offspring,” meaning his blood percentage is the same amount as a direct offspring. This guy had a pretty rough beginning but he is catching up now! Alright, once mares go into my broodmare band they don’t often leave and especially now that Unik Cowboy Gold is gone, this may be the only daughter of his I’m willing to part with. There will not be any more Unik Cowboy Gold offspring ever so if you’re wanting one, this may be your only chance. Just wanted to say congratulations to Thechocolatefaktory aka Rolo, and his family for earning 2 Reserve Championships, 2 Top Fives, and a Top Ten in his division at the WDAA Western Dressage World Show this week! Rolo is a 2017 son of Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of JSIX Roman Sissy, by Unikia Two. He reportedly took everything in stride and he and his young rider received some nice comments!
