Love getting updates on horses I’ve raised! This girl was a favorite of mine and her new owner says she has been phenomenal to start and is one of the best minded fillies she’s owned! So happy to see this filly has got a good start on her and she is ready to go on and do something! This is ES Bet Yer Scooter, a 2024 daughter of Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of Shesa Hot Rod Cat (Shonuff Bet Hesa Cat x Hot Rod N Whiskey x Browns Hot Rod)

Baby number 5 is another stud c**t! This is ES Goodbyetomydually, a brown/bay c**t by Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of ES Unik Lil Charger by Unik Cowboy Gold. This is a big c**t that will have a lot of size and substance when he fills out! His sire, Quicks Goodbye Scoot is a son of Quick Little Lena (Progeny earnings over $237,000 with WPRA and PRCA money earners and arena record holders, sire of two qualifiers and one finalist in The American in the barrel racing), who is proving himself a sire with offspring running barrels, roping, in cutting training, working ranch horses and a world champion in western dressage in the junior division, as well as a 2025 USEF Horse of the Year, and an AQHA point earner as well. “Scoot’s” bottom side features some great “old time” blood such as: Goodbye Sam, Cee Bars, Flit Bar, Croton Oil, and multiple crosses to Leo! His dam is a daughter of Unik Cowboy Gold (money earner in the roping pen and sire of money earners in roping, barrel racing and mounted shooting). Unik Cowboy Gold was sired by Roman Mac (NCHA and NRHA money earner and sire of money earners in multiple disciplines) and out of a producing daughter of Quick Little Lena. This c**t’s second dam, MM Dually Charged, is a daughter of Playmates Dually (LTE $17,546 with progeny earnings over $20,000). Playmates Dually was sired by Dual Pep (NCHA earnings over $313,000 and was a leading cutting and reined cow horse sire from 1995-2020 with progeny earnings over $26,000,000) and out of Shesa Playmate (NCHA LTE $95,480 with progeny earnings over $241,000) by 25 Million Dollar sire, Freckles Pl***oy. This Colt’s third dam, Charge It Ashley, was sired by Smart Peppy Doc (NCHA LTE over $124,000 with progeny earnings over $1,400,000. Full brother to Smart Little Lena). This c**t will make a super prospect for the roping pen or as a ranch versatility prospect!

Baby number 4 has us back on the filly streak! This one is ES Scoots Sugar Baby (AQHA pending), a sorrel filly by Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of GCH Smart Moria Sug by Smart Morias Cat. Quicks Goodbye Scoot is a son of Quick Little Lena (Progeny earnings over $237,000 with WPRA and PRCA money earners and arena record holders, sire of two qualifiers and one finalist in The American in the barrel racing), who is proving himself a sire with offspring running barrels, roping, in cutting training, working ranch horses and a world champion in western dressage in the junior division, as well as a 2025 USEF Horse of the Year, and an AQHA point earner as well. “Scoot’s” bottom side features some great “old time” blood such as: Goodbye Sam, Cee Bars, Flit Bar, Croton Oil, and multiple crosses to Leo! This filly’s dam is a daughter of Smart Morias Cat (progeny earnings over $71,000 (NCHA)) by 96 MILLION DOLLAR SIRE High Brow Cat, out of Smart Moria (NCHA LTE over $51,000 with progeny earnings over $488,000) by the great Smart Little Lena (NCHA LTE over $577,000, progeny earnings over $41,000,000). Smart Moria’s dam, Moria Sugar was an incredible mare as well with over $112,000 earned in the NCHA with progeny earnings over $931,000 and she is the dam of: Smart Little Moria, Smart Equalizer, Play With Sugar, Sugar Dox Com and Smart Lil Ricochet! Smart Moria was also bred impeccably well, sired by Son O Sugar (Race ROM, NCHA money earner, progeny earnings over $1,200,000), who was a full brother to Jewels Leo Bars (sire of Freckles Pl***oy and Colonel Freckles). Smart Moria’s dam, Stay With Me, was a producing daughter of Doc O Lena, and was a full sister to Shorty Lena! If you look at this filly’s second dam, Sugs Flying Jen (dam of money earners), you will find she has an “old school” type pedigree but she traces back to Doc Bars Boy (NCHA money earner and sire of money earners), two times to Docs Sug (NCHA money earner and progeny earnings over $3,500,000), Otoe, and Flying Bob. This filly has a great mix of some newer and older cow blood as well as a little old school run thrown in!

Baby number 3 at a week old (because mama wasn’t too keen on a photo shoot last week 😅). This is ES Cee Im Two Quick, a sorrel stud c**t by Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of Quick Peppy Blue by Quick Little Lena! He’s a nice, shapey c**t who’s bred to do anything! He’s sired by senior stallion, Quicks Goodbye Scoot, who is proving to be a very versatile sire. He’s got offspring roping, running barrels, in cutting training, working ranch horses and one in western dressage! He’s got a son who is a world champion in the youth division in western dressage, a USEF 2025 Horse of the Year, and he’s got some AQHA points on his record as well! “Scoot” comes from a powerful female side, being out of a producing mare who comes from lines like: Goodbye Sam (NCHA money earner with offspring earnings over $87,000), Cee Bars (progeny earnings over $74,000, influential sire for the 6666s), Scooter S (sire of point/ROM earners and money earners, as well as a prominent broodmare sire), and Flit Bar (influential sire of barrel and rodeo horses, sire of Dr. Nick Bar and Firewater Flit). Ok, now I’ll address the elephant, or rather, the stallion in the room: Quick Little Lena. Quick Little Lena appears in this c**t’s pedigree twice, being both the sire of his sire, and the sire of his dam. Now, this type of half sibling to half sibling mating can be a gamble, but it is not done without thought and a purpose behind it. The reasons for doing this are: 1. The mating of two paternal half siblings, with different female lines, can help to produce offspring who retain and exhibit a certain “type” to them. Which this c**t exhibits well. And 2. By mating these two half siblings together, the resulting offspring carries 50% of Quick Little Lena genetics, making him (genetically, not directly) a son of Quick Little Lena. This specific cross is the best way to retain genetics from a stallion who is gone with unfortunately, no frozen semen on hand to keep his genetics alive. This cross produces stunning individuals year after year and they have willing, trainable minds and lots of athletic ability. This c**t’s maternal line is also impressive, his dam has a full sister with money earned in the barrel pen. His second dam, Ms Peppy Mac, has produced multiple money earners. She was sired by Roman Mac (NCHA and NRHA money earner and sire of money earners in multiple disciplines) out of a producing daughter of Mr San Peppy (NCHA earnings over $100,000, progeny earnings over 2,000,000) who’s second dam was Miss Chickasha, a money earner herself and dam of the great Docs Hickory! This c**t will make someone a good one!

Baby number two made her appearance on Friday! This is ES Scoots Shiny Doll (AQHA pending), a palomino filly sired by Quicks Goodbye Scoot, out of ES Shinerscowgirldel by Unik Cowboy Gold. “Scoot” is quickly proving his siring abilities with offspring excelling in multiple disciplines. He’s got babies doing ranch work, roping, running barrels and some in cutting training, as well as a World Champion in western dressage, a 2025 USEF Horse of the Year award winner, and AQHA year end High Point award winner in the youth western dressage level 1. “Scoot” is a son of Quick Little Lena (sire of multiple WPRA, PRCA money earners and arena record holders, as well as the sire of 2 qualifiers and 1 finalist in The American, with progeny earnings over $237,000), out of a producing “old school” bred mare who traces her pedigree back to horses like: Goodbye Sam ( NCHA money earner with progeny earnings over $87,000), Cee Bars ( race money earner with progeny earnings over $74,000. Prominent sire for the 6666s), Scooter S (sire of AQHA point earners, ROM earners, money earners as well as a prominent broodmare sire), and Flit Bar (sire of arena and race ROMs, 1200 AQHA performance points and race money earners. Sire of prolific barrel stallions, Dr. Nick Bar and Firewater Flit). This filly’s dam, ES Shinerscowgirldel, or “Del” as she’s referred to by us, is a daughter of Unik Cowboy Gold (a money earner in the roping pen and sire of money earners in roping, barrel racing and mounted shooting) who was sired by Roman Mac (NCHA and NRHA money earner and sire of money earners in multiple disciplines) and out of Munificentmaggielena, a producing daughter of Quick Little Lena. “Del’s” dam, WR Missy Pavo, was a daughter of Shining King Cody (AQHA point and ROM earner, money earner in the roping pen, and sire of money earners in roping and reining). Shining King Cody was sired by ten million dollar sire, Shining Spark (who needs no introduction) out of Lanceolita, a producing daughter of Okie Leo (over 100 AQHA points earned as well as a money earner and world champion sire). “Del’s” second dam, Ms Pavo Steel, was sired by Tee J Jack Steel ( AQHA champion with 91 points earned) by Jackie Bee ( progeny earned over 7,800 AQHA points and 91 ROMs). You’ll find many more influential horses in this girl’s pedigree like: Poco King Tuck, Poco Bueno, Steel Bars, King Cody, Leo (multiple times), Gold Lena, Doc O Lena, Genuine Doc, Unikia, Illini King, Mr San Peppy and Double Bid. This is a super nice filly with a lot of potential!

As we get closer to 2026, it’s time to show off the mares that are due to foal next year! First up is ES Quik Lil Starlena, a 2020 palomino daughter of Quicks Goodbye Scoot out of RC Yellow Valentine by Claytons Blue Duke. Quicks Goodbye Scoot is a son of Quick Little Lena (Sire of 2 qualifiers to The American, multiple WPRA and PRCA money earners and arena record holders, with progeny earnings over $237k) out of Scooter Bar Bess (producer of money earners) who carries some fantastic foundation blood like: Goodbye Sam, Leo, Cee Bars, Scooter S, Flit Bar, Croton Oil, and Unikia. Quicks Goodbye Scoot himself has sired a World Champion in western dressage (junior division), multiple performers in roping and some in barrel training, and a couple in cutting training as well. This mare’s dam, RC Yellow Valentine, was the very first broodmare I purchased for my program! RC Yellow Valentine is by Claytons Blue Duke, a son of Romeo Blue (sire of many money earning rope/barrel/rodeo horses). RC Yellow Valentine is out of a granddaughter of Tee Jay Badger by the great Jackie Bee. ES Quik Lil Starlena is in foal to Letit Happen Hancock for 2026. Letit Happen Hancock is a blue roan son of R***e Hancock (sire of proven rodeo horses, money earners in: NCHA, NRHA, PRCA, USTRA, NHSRA, and barrel futurity winners. Also sired Ms Marilyn Monroan, arena ROM earner with 160 open and amateur AQHA points). His dam is a daughter of Big Stretch Hancock by Gooseberry (arguably the best son of Blue Valentine). This foal will be a ranch or rope horse deluxe, and is guaranteed to be roan! We are expecting this foal mid March! Included are pictures of Letit Happen Hancock.
