Just look at that smile! Sylvester found his forever people today! His new family fell in love with him and he’s heading home where he will be fostered through his heartworm treatment. Once finished, Sly will be officially adopted and become CCR alum Moira Rose’s new brother.😍

And two of our hounds headed north this week to their new homes. Carl Dean went by plane to New Jersey and Hampton’s new mom and dad drove down from Massachusetts to Charleston to pick him up.

We are so happy these boys have found their happily ever after. Congratulations to Sly, Carl Dean, Hampton and their new families!!!🎉🥳👏

Vinny is a newer intake that we transferred in to help another rescue. He’s currently in a foster in Columbia SC (this is a special case so it’s not the norm for us). His current foster dad is traveling soon and he needs a temporary foster placement from 8/2-8/11. If you can help please let us know.

Vinny is great with other dogs, fine with the kids he’s been around, but his cat test didn’t go so great so no kitties please!

Meet Brock! This ball of cuteness is around 4 months old. Like his brother Conrad, he is a Treeing Walker C**nhound. He is super chill and sweet. His foster calls him “a dream puppy.”

As with any puppy, he’s going to have accidents and get into things he shouldn’t. So be prepared to spend time with him to help him learn the basics. He has had age-appropriate vaccines and dewormings.

Conrad and his siblings were running the streets in a rural area in South Carolina. Some wonderful people stepped up to get them to safety and ultimately with a rescue. Conrad is one handsome boy that made his way to us.

He is a Treeing Walker C**nhound puppy, around 4 months old. Conrad is typical puppy – full of s***k and bursts of energy! And he’s ready to bring some love to his forever family. He will need an adopter that can devote time to his care and training, and one that will expect accidents and things chewed that shouldn’t be. Ah, the joys of puppies!

If Sylvester could talk, we’re pretty sure he’d be asking for his forever family. And we are dumbfounded that this sweetheart has not gotten a single application.😞 Yes, you read that right.

He is an absolute angel. Easy going, laid back and just wants to be with someone that adores him. And trust us, that’s pretty simple to do once you meet him and look into those eyes.

Sly starts his heartworm treatment today. He is available for a local Charleston, SC area foster to adopt home that is comfortable with the activity restrictions for the duration of treatment. He’s here! Memphis made his way to Charleston this week, has been checked out by our vet, neutered and is settling in to his foster home.
He is about 5 ½ months old and already weighs 47 lbs. He truly is a sweet puppy and is looking for his forever family to call his very own.

Kisses and snuggles? Yes please! Meet Leroy. Not only is he a good-looking hound, he is full of sweetness.😇 He is doing great in his foster home making himself comfortable, discovering the joy of toys, hanging with the resident dog and cats, and of course perfecting his cuddles.
He is 3 years old and weighs about 50 lbs. He’s a bit skinny and is working on putting on some weight.
