He is great with other dogs, loves to go for walks, and play with toys. This goofy guy is sure to steal your heart. He is good with kids, house, and crate trained.

Roy, affectionately known as Action Jackson from his earlier days in 2022, is back with us through absolutely no fault of his own. He’s a happy-go-lucky guy with a bunch of puppy-like traits still shining through.

Roy’s the kind of dog who will push for couch cuddles and wants to hold your hand while he snuggles. He travels well in the car (sits like a perfect passenger) and walks beautifully on leash. And even enjoyed all the attention at Second Sunday this past weekend.

While he does enjoy shredding a good stuffed toy or chewing a bone, he’s more of a laid-back companion. He’d do best in a home with other calmer dogs, and is good with kids and cats too!

Ariana Hounde is in the house!🎶

Why not start the week off introducing you to our newest hound. When we saw a video of her at the shelter, she just looked plain sad and defeated. And we knew we could help turn that frown upside down. When you’re living in a cement kennel 24/7, it’s amazing what some sunlight on your face and a little wind in your fur can do for the soul.

She is settling in nicely in her foster home, sleeps through the night, appears house trained, and is an easygoing girl. Ariana is 3 years old and weighs around 45 lbs….mostly her long legs.😍

TRANSPORT PENDING. Thanks everyone for your offers! We have a plan in place and will post when she’s back 💙

Lucy is still in Memphis TN and needs to get to Charleston SC. We've had some offers but not enough to connect the dots all the way to Charleston and almost all of them have been along the route that takes the longest to get her here. We would love to find offers that take her through Atlanta to shave 2 hours off of her journey.

If you are along the route highlighted and can help get Lucy back to Charleston, Please message the page and let us know where you are located, how far you are able to travel, and when you are available. We would love to get her here by the weekend of Nov 15th.

If you are in the Memphis area or willing to travel and adopt her, we are willing to discuss those options as well!

Bruno has been enjoying the cooler weather!

Whether it’s hanging out at his favorite dog bar, strolling through the park, or taking a road trip – he couldn’t be happier! And then when you add in some snuggles – he’s in heaven!😃😍

Bruno would do best in a calmer home. He’s good with laid back dogs and doesn’t mind the felines. He is house trained and ready to find his forever people.

Bowie didn’t want to miss out on the festivities. Well, he’ll stay in vs trick-or-treating. We thought being a lion was the perfect fit for this little man as he shows everyone he’s a courageous beagle. He also may be putting out a plea for help – please get me away from this crazy foster lady that dresses me up. Just kidding. He’ll do anything for a treat!🤷🏻‍♀️😆
