Remember Gibby?! We saved him and look at him now!! 😍

Meet Gibby – Your New Best Friend!

With his big expressive ears and bright eyes, Gibby is ready to win hearts wherever he goes! We think this handsome guy may have some Rat Terrier in the mix—and he’s got the smarts and curiosity to prove it.

Gibby is still learning the ropes of leash walking, but he’s already off to a great start. He’s attentive, eager to please, and we think with a little training and consistency, he’ll be a superstar.

This energetic boy loves squeaky, fuzzy toys (and yes, he’ll happily try to de-fluff them if you’re not looking!). He’s also a big fan of tasty chews like busy bones. And he has the most beautiful brindle coat that shines in the sun.

Gibby would be happiest in a home that can give him daily exercise, playtime, and a bit of training to channel his energy. He’s playful but not over-the-top wild—just the right mix for someone who enjoys an active but manageable companion.

He’s already shown he can get along with other dogs—he did great with an 85 lb canine friend—so he may enjoy having a playmate in his new home.

🐾 A Special Thank You from Thelma! 🐾

Hi friends! 👋 I’m Thelma—a 3-month-old yellow-and-white Chihuahua mix with a big heart and an even bigger thank you to share.

Thanks to the generous donation from HoofandPaw SC, I’ll be getting my spay surgery covered! 💛 Spays and neuters are one of the most expensive medical costs rescues face (right after heartworm treatment), and helping cover them means rescues like mine can save more dogs like me.

A little about me? I’m sweet, playful, and just a tiny bit shy at first—but I warm up quickly. I love other dogs, cats, and kids, so I’m pretty much everyone’s friend. I’m looking for a forever family who’ll help me grow into the loving, confident girl I’m meant to be.

Y’all say hello to Ellie-Mae, the sweet soul with a heart as big as her puppy eyes. This beautiful young Southern belle is medium size and around 1-2 years old. She’s been winning hearts all over the South—and now she’s just waiting to steal yours.

Ellie-Mae has a gorgeous coat of classic black and white, and if you look closely at her precious nose, you’ll find little spots we affectionately call her kiss marks—because trust us, she’s handing out kisses like it’s her full-time job!

She is full of playful energy and has a loving spirit, the perfect mix of joy, wiggles, and unconditional love. Ellie-Mae is 100% sweetheart, a real peach that Ellie-Mae, even Momma would approve.

Cheese
If you’re looking for a dog who will provide endless snuggles and kisses, Cheese is your man. He may be pint-sized, but he is full of personality. Once he’s done zooming around and playing with his toys—especially his tennis ball—he’s ready to snuggle in your lap.

Cheese is the kind of pup who wants to be wherever you are. He will trail behind you, always curious, always close. At bedtime, he’s happiest curled right up in your arms and completely content.

He’s great with other dogs, unbothered by cats, and adores kids, especially the ones who are down for playtime followed by surprise kisses.

MORE INFO:
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up. All dogs are dewormed, given core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP (3 of them if a puppy) and Rabies as well as all are microchipped and on a monthly preventative for flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

All of our animals are placed into foster homes so they thrive and the transition is easier.

Madi is a sweet, calm, and playful 6-8 month old 30 lb lab mix, ready to find her forever home.

Her current foster family has quickly discovered her love for beef, the outdoors, cuddles, and a certain blue turtle. Although shy and timid at times, she warms up and gives lots of kisses.

Madi is crate trained and is doing well going outside to potty for her young age. Madi would be a great addition to a family who is willing to let her warm up and show her adorable, gentle personality in her own time
