This Shelter has the most amazing staff, Volunteers and Community. Excited is an understatement with every adoption. It jumps up and down and even cries a little when watching a former Visitor take that ride home. This Shelter does a whole lot with very little. If you would like to know what special is, please come meet them during adoption hours. They would love to show you around.

Cortez
His finder drove around for an hour trying to find where our Cortez came from. Sadly Cortez was found in a well known dumping area and today is hoping that someone will see just how valuable he could be to the family. He is absolutely stunning in person! Cortez is believed to be an Aussie Mix, will be neutered as part of his adoption, does seem to like other dogs BUT his only mission now is to make babies. He is about 2 yrs old and weighed in at 50lbs. This boy is friendly, smart and seems to walk well on a leash. A reminder class is not a bad thing. We do not know about cats or kids. He is playful sweet and fun
