NEW RESCUE

Morning bunny fam. We received two new rescue boys last night and they are literally stuffed animals!!!! 🤩🫠

This is (another!!) Nutmeg, he’s a four month old Holland Lop, easily handled and very trusting of humans. He’s quite tiny, still the size of some of our netherland dwarfs, but he’s still growing for another couple months and will probably get to about 3.5 lbs.

Is it just me, or is Nutmeg the most popular bunny name this year?

A kind man saved him from being released into the woods and cared for him and his brother until we could take both of them in.

Thank you to this wonderful human for helping out bunnies in need of a safe haven. And thank you to you wonderful humans for spreading the word about all of our rescues! We could not do this without community.

Hey bunny fam, we know the last couple of months have been tough for many of us. With the heaviness of everything going on in the world, we know many of us are looking for ways to decompress and cope. We now offer meditation classes with bunnies once a month, and our next class will be on this Sunday, March 16th. The class is led by Saskia Meckman, an experienced meditation instructor with over 20 years of helping folks find their calm in the midst of challenging times. We are a part of Breadbox Farm in Chapel Hill NC. Our mission is to teach compassion, empathy, and healthy habits through spending time with bunnies and we do special events in our area.

We’ve got three litters turning 8 weeks this week! Cloud’s, Noor’s and Dior’s. They have all been delightful to watch grow into beautiful nuggets of joy.

Thank you to all of you who have come to cuddle events and kids classes to help us raise them. Your hard work creates bunnies who are calm and confident with all ages of people.
