Lessons π
Long post coming. Please take the time to read the entire thing
I am available to teach an extremely limited amount of lessons. Unfortunately right now I cannot offer anything very consistent. I only teach on weekends & am not available every weekend.
π« I do NOT teach in summer π« it is simply too hot with no shade. I cannot handle standing out in it & I am not going to ask my horses to work in it. We stop lessons in May depending on temps & will resume around September.
When I teach I only teach 1 rider at a time. This way I can focus 100% on what is happening. I know many families want to ride together & I will not offer it. We can discuss back to back slots but I cannot guarantee it.
My primary lesson horse that we have used for years is being retired other than for toddler lessons. She is 26 years old & deserves an easy life. She is perfect for ages 2-6.
I do have a new young horse I can teach on but she is very tall, height bothers some people. My other horses are also able to be used depending on riding level.
We do not go fast here. I teach everything from the ground up to build confidence & a solid foundation. Your hour slot will not be all riding, it may not even be half riding depending on saddling, etc. My horses do not compete so if you're wanting to go fast we are not the barn for you.
Lessons are 1 hour each for $50. Half down at time of scheduling, no refunds. We've had too many no call no shows. I will not track people down with reminders.
