We evaluate the environment as a whole, we take in to account every aspect of your life, as well as your dogs needs in order to have a complete picture and be able to better assist you and your dog. We don't just train the dog, we train you as well. We educate you the owner so you beco

me the trainer. Only then will your dog start to understand what is expected of them. We develop training plans that are specific to each household. All individuals and dogs are unique, so each training plan has to be tailored to your lifestyle. We use a common sense approach to dog training. We take the time to ensure that you and your dog are understanding what is expected of both of you.

Trained dog looking for a home! Owners are moving overseas and can not take her.

Her name is Ducky, she’s prong and ecollar trained. Very good with kids and other dogs, though her play style is quite intense. She doesn’t read other dogs cues well at all and is very over bearing st times. She’s a cat chaser, but it’s not malicious, and she lived with chickens for most of her life so definitely can be trained not to in the right home. (Luckily, I know a guy in the area that can help with that.)

The dogs previous trainer is very good, I know her well and would trust any dog in her hands.

Dayboarding is available! $45/day. Playtime and socialization is included. Dayboarding is not the same as a daycare, the dogs will not be out all day, but will get at least 3 hours of time to let loose with the other dogs. Space is limited. Pick up and drop off is not available for this service.

Owners and trainers both need to better understand this dynamic.

Without clarity on this, owners develop unrealistic expectations, and trainers take on unhealthy responsibility.

Dogs only change when their environment changes—and only when it changes longterm.

Good trainers coach their clients on how to best change the environment their dogs live in by changing how their clients interact with their dogs daily, moment to moment.

Thus the only way you “fix” dogs is by “fixing” their owners through competent coaching and education. Any other expectation or promise is a guaranteed trip to disappointment-land, for both parties.
