Facebook, get it through your head that this is fake. There is no food/grocery, no employees, no taxable income, no advertising budget. It's fake. There will be no ad promotion and there is no website so quit asking. PLEASE?

This post is to show that there really is no such thing as Yellow Dog Honey Company. It's an experiment where I could see just what all is facebook about and I can't figure out how to make it go away. AGAIN...there is no such thing as Yellow Dog Honey Company. The USDA hopefully will get this post and quit sending me surveys asking how much I make, who all I employ etc. IT IS FAKE...OK? My name really is not Acorn Ries either. Funny how people want to believe everything they see on Facebook. Governments are such suckers...and want to believe it too. HAHA

Had some start crystalizing last fall so I popped em into the fridge. Four months later it's spun honey. Looks yummy.

First we made some caramel with honey. Thought, "hey...this would be pretty good with chopped and toasted almonds on it" which is good. Then we thought, "maybe if we dipped them in chocolate". OMG we've created a candy monster. So fat....

Facebook INSISTS that this page should have a "custom web address" (sold to me by Facebook of course) so that people can remember this page more easily. ALL TWO OF THEM? lol

Have all the hives tucked in for winter but one. It's a cutout/rescue job I did about 3 weeks ago. been feeding that one and kind of measuring how big it is and how much food they'll need for winter. Just happened to have some frames of honey in the freezer so I gave it to them. There's actually a chance they'll live. Found capped brood and a nice queen in there a few days ago. Amazing for late-October and early-November. I think the flight weather is about over.
