I had the 2 most handsomest boys in today for their first grooms! Presley & Memphis were so well behaved! Although Memphis was really playing up the puppy dog eyes trying to get out of his bath then he realized he was getting ALL my attention for 1 1/2 hours & decided it wasnt so bad.

These no-shows! I get it, life happens. But I have people waiting weeks for appointments & I can’t spend my day sitting here for 3 hours with no customers! Remember there will be a $30-$60 charge for a no-show on your next appointment. Two no-shows results in being fired as a client and a no-show on your first appointment means you will not be rescheduled. I do not send out reminders but can if you ask.
