ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS AND PREEXISTING CLIENTS

We are taking new clients!!! Yay!!!
If you have not received your schedule for 2025, please let me know.. but first check your texts. I've sent a lot of schedules out. I sent everyone's schedule through my cell. 504-722-6691. Everyone’s schedules are stored in my cell if you didn’t get it.. Remember all your appointments are scheduled around my vacation days and holidays. So, not everyone’s schedule weeks isn't gonna be exactly as you wanted.
If you are a preexisting client and you are already on my year schedule. Please keep your appointments if possible. If you need to cancel your pre-booked appointment, you may have to wait till your next following appointment. If I cannot fit you in on another day. Everyday 24 dogs are booked for a work day. So please be patient. Not everyone cancels.
If you are a NO CALL or NO SHOW for any appointment after you have made or pre-booked for the year. You will be taking off my schedule. I will give you 3 chances. We send text messages the day before and its simple to just confirm or cancel your appointment. I can quickly fill your spot if we know about it in advance, that you cannot make it. I know last minute things happen, but please let us know.
For my preexisting client's if you have a problem with your schedule. Please contact me personally on my cell 504-722-6691…
If you are a NEW client and need to make appointments, please call the shop. Kashlee will make that for you. 504-407-3434. Do not message me or text me. We have too many questions to ask about your pet.
