Elizabeth’s babies have all gone to their forever homes. 💕
This was one of the hardest litters I’ve had in a long time. When they were born, Elizabeth developed mastitis, and these little ones had to be hand-fed every 2 hours around the clock. Breeding is always full of challenges .
We lost two precious little princesses along the way, and my heart broke into pieces. No matter how many times it happens, losing tiny souls is always devastating. In moments like this, I feel like quitting, because I pour my whole heart into saving them. But then I remind myself why I do this.
Elizabeth was amazing. Even though she couldn’t feed them, she never left their side—cleaning them, loving them, and being the best mama she could be. Together, we made it through , and watching the babies grow strong was such a proud accomplishment.
Saying goodbye was bittersweet. It’s never easy to let them go, but seeing the wonderful families who welcomed them filled me with joy. The love they already had for their new babies made my heart smile. 💗 I’m so grateful to each family. Every kitten that leaves takes a little piece of my heart with them.
