Hey everybody! It’s looking like there was an issue with the communications app we’re using and some texts ended up in Narnia. This has affected both the new and old numbers because both were linked. We have sorted the issue and we are getting caught up with requests that have come through now, but if you have texted us in the last few weeks and not gotten a response please reach out again! We do have a few spots available still before Thanksgiving as well as Christmas. The new business number is (267) 356-7165 if you dont already have it.

Hey everybody!! I know there’s been quite a few people trying to get in touch with me. First and foremost, I would like to apologize to everyone who has not heard back from me lately. There have been a lot of changes these last few months, both personally and professionally.

We do have a new phone number, and can now be reached via call or text, text is still preferred. The new number is (267) 356-7165.

Our business hours are changing as well, we will now be open Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, as well as limited availability after 4pm and on weekends.

Lastly, and probably the most exciting news! Some of you may remember Vanessa, from both Dog Town and Spa on State, and you know how well we have always worked together to make sure your pets are getting the best care possible. I am happy to announce she is now working for FTMPG! She will be working in the van and handling a lot of the booking. Don’t be surprised if she’s the one answering the phone or getting back to you, it’s still us!

Anyone who would like to schedule is welcome to reach out via the new number. I do still have the old number while we get everyone phased over. We will be working to get through as many current requests as possible, and you may receive responses from either number.
