Brave Horse 8 is wrapped!

Galileo and Addie had a fantastic show! They were CHAMPIONS in the Children’s hunters, winning 4 of the 5 classes! They were also RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the 12-14 Equitation division!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the 3’3” Green hunters! They also finished 7th in the USHJA National Derby out of a large field!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah WON 🥇 the Maclay medal! They were also 6th in the USHJA National Derby out of a field of 33!

Good job team Trumpeter! Onto Country Heir this week!

Trumpeter had a small group show at WEC this past week.

Galileo and Addie were 3rd 🥉 in the Non-Pro USHJA National Derby! Their second National derby together and they hit all the high options! We’re excited for the growth of this team! They also competed in the Children’s 12-14 Eq division and the 14 and under Children’s Hunter division!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah had to manage home and show obligations and therefore had a short but successful week! They competed against the Pros in the 3’3” Performance hunters and earned a 2nd 🥈 over fences! Eilah also made the callbacks in the Non-Pro USHJA National Derby, finishing 12th!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey had lovely rounds all week, culminating in a 6th place finish in the Open USHJA National Derby against tough competition.

Our next adventure? Brave Horse VIII!

Week 2 of CHJC:

Adelyn Schulz’s Galileo, with Lindsey in the irons, was Reserve Champion in the 3’ Greens.

Christie Schneckner’s Desiderata, with Lindsey in the irons, was Reserve Champion in the Open Beginner Jumper division.

Desiderata and Christie were 2nd in their Jr/Am Beginner Jumper Classic!

Chryseis Z was 7th in the USHJA National Hunter Derby!

Galileo and Adelyn competed gracefully in their first National Hunter Derby together!

Ace Ventura and Maggie had lovely rounds in their Low Adult debut and first derby together!

At Week 1 of the Chagrin Hunter Jumper Classic our horses and riders were HOT 🔥 in more ways than one!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS and swept the 3’3” Performance hunters! They were also 3rd 🥉 in the $1500 1.10m Open Jumper Classic!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Junior hunters! They WON 🥇 the $500 2’6/3’ Non-Pro Hunter Derby! 4th in the $1500 1.10m Open Jumper Classic!

Desiderata and Christie were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Jr/Am Beginner jumpers, only competing in half of the division classes! They were 4th in their first Classic together!

Desiderata and Lindsey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Open Beginner jumpers, only competing in half of the division classes!

Ace Ventura and Maggie had GREAT rounds in the Limit Rider division. This is the team’s (and Ace’s) third show together!

Chryseis Z and Julia were AWESOME in the Pre-Limit U/S and Equitation classes! Earning a 4th and 3rd respectively!

June came to her riding lesson today with her mom, Molly. Molly started riding with Pat in 2008!

Trumpeter horses and riders survived a very rainy Brave Horse II!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS in the 3’3” Performance hunters! They were also 6th in the Open USHJA Hunter Derby.

Galileo and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS in the USHJA 2’9” hunters, winning 4 out of 5 classes!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were CHAMPIONS of the 3’3”/3’6” Junior Hunters! They also WON 🥇 the NHS medal and were 2nd 🥈 in the Jr/Am USHJA National Hunter Derby!

Galileo and Addie had great trips in the 2’6” Low Children’s Equitation and Low Children’s Hunters divisions.

Charlie and Addie were terrific in the Large Pony hunters.

Ace Ventura and Maggie had a successful outing at their first outdoor show together! Ace also had good trips in the Baby Green Hunters with Lindsey.

Better late than never! Trumpeter CVF Series End Horse Show went fantastic!

Galileo and Addie were CHAMPIONS in the Low Child/Adult hunters!
Galileo and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS in the USHJA 2’6” hunters and RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the Very Green hunters!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were CHAMPIONS in the Junior hunters!

Charlie and Addie were RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the Large Pony hunters and won the Equitation on the flat!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the Performance hunters!

Making their horse show debut:

Desiderata, owned by Christie Schneckner, had great rounds in the Baby Greens with Lindsey, earning her first blue ribbon in her last over fences class! She and Christie also had great trips in their debut together!

Ace Ventura, owned by Maggie Leikin, had lovely rounds in the Very Greens with Lindsey! He also won his first blue ribbon in the under saddle class with Maggie!

We’re very excited about these young horses!
