It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Korri McCormick.

Many of you knew Korri as the smiling face behind The Brunch Box, serving delicious meals and warm hospitality at nearly every Chagrin Valley Farms horse show. She was much more than a vendor—she was a cherished member of our horse show family.

Horses were a significant part of Korri's life, and she genuinely loved being at the farm. Watching riders compete, celebrating successes, and sharing in the excitement of each show brought her tremendous joy. Whether you stopped by for breakfast, lunch, or simply a conversation, Korri always made everyone feel welcome.

To all of us at Chagrin Valley Farms, Korri was a true friend. Her kindness, laughter, and unwavering support of our equestrian community will be deeply missed. The show grounds will not be the same without her presence, but the memories she created with all of us will remain forever.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Korri's family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

Rest peacefully, Korri. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten. ❤️🐴

The countdown is on for our final Winter Series Schooling Show weekend! Reserve your stalls today and join us for a fun, competitive weekend at the farm as we wrap up the series and crown our Winter Series Champions!

Updated points are attached — now is the time to make your move in the standings and finish the season strong! 💥

Hunter & Jumper divisions will compete outside, while our Academy riders will compete inside on Sunday.

Whether you are chasing championship points, looking for valuable miles with your horse, or simply wanting a fun weekend with your barn family, we would love to have you join us.

🐎 NOW HIRING PART TIME BARN HELP 🐎

SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY SHIFT NEEDED!!!!! Call for an interview!!!!

Chagrin Valley Farms is looking for dependable part-time barn help to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with horses and being part of a busy barn environment.

Position Details:
Part-time to start, with the opportunity to earn credit toward riding lessons.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Stall cleaning
• Feeding
• Turning horses out / bringing horses in
• Basic barn chores and daily horse care
• Keeping the barn neat and organized

Requirements:
• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working around horses
• Able to work in a fast-paced barn environment
• Early mornings and/or weekends may be required

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and spend more time around horses!

It’s Run for the Roses weekend!
Join us for the CVF Schooling Show this Saturday & Sunday, May 2-3!!
We are just one show away from our Championship Show on May 30–31, so now is the time to get those last-minute points in before the Series finale.

A quick reminder to all competitors at this week’s CVF Rated Show – Winter Series Championship:

A temperature chart has been attached to each stall for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask that you record your horse’s temperature daily.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and attention to this. Our team has been working hard to maintain a safe and healthy environment, and this small step on your part goes a long way in supporting the health and well-being of all horses.

UPDATE:
We are happy to share that our confirmed case of Strangles has officially tested negative on follow-up nasal swab!!

We truly hope our updates over the past few weeks have been helpful and informative. If you ever find yourself navigating a similar situation, we hope the information we shared provides some guidance and reassurance.

With that, we are excited to be back to business and in full swing! While operations are returning to normal, we will continue to stay diligent—keeping our “A” game” when it comes to sanitizing protocols and overall horse health care.

Thank you all again for your continued support, patience, and care throughout this process. It means so much to our entire barn family.
