Potomac Equitation Potomac Equitation was a horseback riding school located at Pleasant Valley Road in Centreville Virginia. Jackie Novak was the owner.

The farm operated a summer camp, boarded horses, held shows & cross country rides, many lives were touched! Jackie Novak, the horses of Potomac Equitation, the farm on Pleasant Valley Road and all the stories and memories from the people whose lives were touched by the experience at Potomac Equitation. I loved the movie Harry and Snowman. it reminded me so much of the era that my mother grew up in. I know she knew of Harry de leyer. She also rescued some beautiful horses from that worst fate. I remember the big bay Dealer's Choice and The beautiful speckled white sensitive soul Snowbird, which now I think may have been named after Snowman.
Harry and Snowman is streaming on Netflix right now.
Here's to all l the beautiful horses of days gone by. With so much love
