💃They say a shimmy a day keeps the sad away, so come dance the night away with miss Shimmer! 💃
This is Shimmer, a mixed breed, meatball shaped, goof full of mayhem and love! Here’s a list of Shimmers funny, little, quirk: she is missing part of her back foot, but she doesn’t let it slow her down any! Zoomies? Oh yeah, she’s got em. Floppy? The most. Couch potato in the shape of an actual potato. What could be better? She does tend to view the weather as her blood sworn enemy. It’s above 80 degrees outside? The floor is Lava. A little windy? Might as well be being sucked up in a tornado. Rain? What, you expect her to swim through a flood? On a more serious note, although she doesn’t prefer the outdoors, she will absolutely go outside and has had no accidents while staying with us!
Miss shimmer has been with us for quite sometime now and unfortunately because of that she is very fond of the people that work here and a little used to the day to day life of being here so she is quite shy and slow to warm up to new folks, but get her back to your house on a couch or bed and you’ll have a baked bean, looking best buddy for life! She does have a not-so-criminal past of not liking cats, or maybe liking them a bit too much 😬, so she will have to go to a home without any. As far as interacting with other dogs, she seems to be more interested in males but we are unsure how she will interact with others when out and about.
