🐶✨ TRAINING THROUGH PLAY: PHOTO CHALLENGE! ✨🐶
Did you know that introducing your dog to wearing different items—like hats, shirts, or even silly sunglasses—can actually boost their training skills?

Wearing costumes or accessories helps dogs get used to new sensations, build patience, and stay calm when handling is involved (like vet visits or grooming). It’s also a great way to practice cues like “stay,” and “pose”!

So this week’s challenge is:

🎩 "Dogs in Disguise!" 🦸‍♂️
Post a photo of your dog wearing their most hilarious, adorable, or creative “disguise.” Bonus points if they hold a pose like a pro!

📸 Share your pup’s photo and tell us their “alter ego” name in the comments below.

Some may have heard about the new UKI "DASH" events and wondered what they are. There will be 2 such events nearby next year, one hosted by Paws Pack about 2 hours away and one hosted by Full Speed in Tiger GA, about 1 hour away. Here is a document from UKI explaining the event rules -

VIP's UKI Trial is coming up next weekend! The trial is Saturday May 31st and Sunday June 1st!
We have a new online entry system that not only makes signing up super easy but also gives you the ability to sign up for real-time results texted to your phone the moment the secretary finishes scoring! 😍

Be sure to keep play a part of your routine, with fun games like chase, find-it, tug, and more! Not only does it boost serotonin for your dog, but it’s great for us too!

VIP Dog Sports is interested in offering some 2-hour workshops as well as short 2 week class topics. These classes would hone in on specific skills to build both your understanding and your dogs understanding in a short time frame!
Let us know what topics you would be interested in seeing this style of learning, They can be Agility or Family-Dog themed. A few examples below

Agility: Teeter BANG! , Channel weaves, Beginner Distance, Backside sends, Stopped contacts, Building Drive, so on :)

Family Dog: Self control, Recall games, Confidence boost, play drive, Skills for vet visits, more?
