VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THERAPY DOG TEST

Positive Canine Training will be hosting a therapy dog test on Tuesday, April 29th at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM at 100 Main Street, East Rockaway, NY.

We need a few people to act as volunteers. If you ever wanted to learn more about Therapy Dog work and/or would like to help some great dogs and their handlers become Therapy Dog Teams, email me at [email protected], Text 917-865-2609 or PM me.

People can choose to volunteer at one or both tests each test is approximately 1 hour.

On Friday we also went to an all animal sanctuary that cares for sick and injured animals. When it is possible they will return them to their territory. If not possible they will find homes for them or keep them on site. These people are doing wonderful work.

On Thursday and Friday we went to meet some beach dogs in Goa, India. The dogs play on the beach and hang out by the food shacks for shade, pets and food. They also stay under the beach chairs to get out of the sun. They all have their territory and respect the territory of other groups. On Thursday there was a group vaccinating the beach dogs .
