🐾 CLARIFICATION: EARLY DROP-OFF & LATE PICKUP FEES 🐾

We want to clarify our recent policy reminder to ensure everyone understands when these fees apply!

❤️ Daycare Drop-Offs & Pickups: There are NO early drop-off or late pickup fees when dropping off or picking up your daycare pup during our regular business hours.

🐶 Early Drop-Offs & Late Pickups: Fees apply only when a drop-off is requested before we open or a pickup takes place after we close.

🏡 Boarding-Only Reservations: Different checkout policies apply to boarding dogs who are not enrolled in daycare. Standard checkout is by 11 AM, or 12 PM with a bath, and additional charges may apply to later departures according to the applicable boarding policy.

We apologize for any confusion our previous post may have caused. Our goal is to keep our policies clear and transparent while continuing to provide the best possible experience for you and your pups!

Questions about your reservation or whether a fee applies? Please reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to help! ❤️🐾

Thank you for being part of the Petz Prefurred family

🐾 IMPORTANT PETZ PREFURRED POLICY REMINDER 🐾

As our Petz Prefurred family continues to grow, we want to take a moment to remind everyone about our cancellation, early drop-off, late pickup, and grooming policies.

Over the past several months, we have been a little more flexible with these policies as we worked to accommodate our Petz Prefurred family. Moving forward, we are returning to consistently following these established policies so we can properly manage staffing, scheduling, and availability for everyone.

📌 Cancellations: Cancellations made outside of the applicable cancellation window will be subject to the appropriate cancellation fee.

📌 Early Drop-Offs & Late Pickups: Early drop-offs and late pickups outside of our regular business hours will be subject to the applicable fee.

📌 Grooming Cancellations: Cancellations outside of the applicable cancellation window and missed grooming appointments will be subject to the applicable grooming cancellation fee.

Our system will now automatically apply the appropriate charges according to these policies.

These policies help us maintain consistent staffing and scheduling while continuing to provide the high level of care your pups deserve. ❤️🐶

Have a question about a policy or aren't sure whether a fee applies? Please reach out to our team BEFORE making changes to your reservation. We're happy to help clarify!

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued trust in Petz Prefurred! 🐾
