We are pleased to welcome Environmental Administrative Division Manager Cliff White from the Linn County Health Department and his Healthy Homes Team, Ann Olson and Matthew Chervek. Our guest speakers will focus on environmental health issues pertinent to Landlords.
This meeting is a great opportunity for landlords, property owners, and property managers to gain valuable insight into issues landlords may encounter with lead, radon, bedbugs, mold, and moisture concerns in rental properties.

Do you have an understanding of the eviction process using the online filing system after you have served the Three Day Notice? It is not as complicated as you may think!

We are pleased to welcome Gabbi Druecker, Property Manager with Spire Property Management as our guest speaker for an informative discussion focused on navigating the EDMS Efile online system.

This meeting is a great opportunity for landlords, property owners, and property managers to review setting up your online account to file court paperwork correctly. This requires precise timing, using the 3-day notice, completing the court forms, and meeting serving and mailing deadlines.
You will gain an understanding of the EDMS Efile System,
and steps to follow for the eviction process.

As we move into the summer months, we are taking a brief pause before our next gathering. Our board is currently planning the July Member Meeting, and we're excited to bring you another valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and stay informed about issues impacting local landlords and rental property owners.

April is Fair Housing Month!
