Shorty's Critters and Things Animals, gardening, and crafts. Some more stuff thrown in for spice and I hope you like it hot!! We are currently raising hedgehogs, degus, and coturnix quail.

We have many years of experience in breeding and raising small animals. After some personal issues that caused us to back out of the lifestyle, we are finally back! Horticulture has taken a leading role lately. It's hard to resist when you can grow year round. As of December 2022 I am getting back into making handmade crafts as well.

Surprise update! I know it's been around a billion years. But I'm still here and doing quail shenanigans.

Relocated from Texas to Iowa over the winter and starting over with new stock. 36 eggs in the incubator 15 days ago and 5 already hatched.
