Ahhh, brotherly love. Hughey and Louie have got it, in spades! While they aren't classified as a bonded pair, they sure do enjoy their time together!

At 5 months old, these German Shorthaired Pointer mixes have dappled good looks and the sweetest dispositions. Since arriving at Almost Home, these smart young pups are excelling in their basic commands, improving leash manners, and are fully crate trained. Each cutie is dog-friendly and cat-friendly, making them a wonderful fit for many different homes.

Do you ever have a niggling feeling and just have to listen to your gut? That's what happened to Libby. She had been looking for a dog for months when she spotted Mildred at Pickens County SC Animal Shelter. When she went to meet her tho, Mildred was gone. Although very disappointed, Libby decided to keep searching for her new BFF. She came upon Sidney's marketing profile at Almost Home Dog Rescue NC and this pooch looked and sounded so much like Mildred she decided to apply. What??? During their meet and greet it was determined that Mildred and Sidney are one in the same - the very same dog! How is that for meant to be? Just look at them living their best lives now. :-)
