Turnout 365 unless icy. Pasture, solo and group paddocks available.

Year round 100' x 220' outdoor with a view, indoor 60' x 156' with GGT, 60' roundpen.

Lessons, partial/full training, commissioned sales and active showing with Top Spec.

Managed services - veterinary with Oakhurst, chiropractic, massage/energy worker, blanket service, body clipping and farrier.

Gated with Trainer/Owner onsite.

Spend more time with your horse with less of a commute. Only 15 minutes from Portland, Beaverton and North Portland.

Wanting to show more on a budget? We keep showing affordable with a daily trainer fee and per mile haul fee. Showing Local OHJA, TBEA, ODS and IEA with an average of 2 shows a month, year round you'll have plenty of options to fit anyone's busy schedule.

Took it down 6 inches on the far end and a whole foot off the front to fully level to the packed base. I love this sand it's amazing by itself and the GGT isn't even in yet. All to spec!
Cheers to dreams come true! Walls will be lighter pastel grey, plus GGT is white and grey 😍
