Such a huge loss for the veterinary community of Southwest Dallas. Dr. Tabone was truly a lover of all animals and cared for so many Camp Bow Wow campers. He will be missed!
Dr. Tabone was an exceptional veterinarian and a truly special part of the VCA DeSoto Animal Hospital family. His dedication to his patients and their families was evident in everything he did. He cared deeply for every animal entrusted to him and was a compassionate, trusted presence for countless families throughout the years.
His commitment to his patients, our hospital, and the veterinary profession leaves a lasting legacy. Dr. Tabone touched so many lives – not only through the exceptional care he provided, but also through the kindness, empathy, and genuine concern he showed to everyone who walked through our doors.
We know many of you have your own cherished memories and stories of Dr. Tabone, and we are grateful that he was able to be part of the lives of so many beloved pets and their families.

We extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Tabone’s family, friend, colleagues, and all of the clients and families whose lives he touched.
