Hi everyone! My name is Dale. I’m a 4 month old terrier mix weighing roughly 20lb. Im sure the first thing you couldn’t help but notice about me are my super cute large ears but here’s a little bit more about my personality. I’m a pretty shy boy but having foster dog siblings to show me the ropes has increased my confidence tremendously! For example, my first day I couldn’t figure out the concept of stairs but now I run up and down them like a pro! I love love love playing outside with my foster siblings and if you throw me a ball I can’t help but chase it! I’m a little timid around new people but I warm up eventually! I like my crate and slept through it no problem. Sure I might let out a few whines when it’s time to go to bed but that’s because I don’t want the party to end, but rest assured I do sleep through the night and don’t have accidents in my crate aka den. My foster parents say I’m a fast learner and will get the hang of this big boy dog thing eventually, but I am still a puppy so bear with me. He is an absolute perfect match for anyone who is looking for a small furry companion in their life— it's surprising this lovely ball of fluff needs extra help finding an adopter. Snowball is at least 12 years old, but Poodles are famously known for their incredibly long lives so this handsome fella is basically still a puppy. And he's ready to live out the rest of his life being loved by you! PLEASE SHARE!

Fluffy and soft just like a snowball, this Poodle mix named Snowball is 15 pounds of pure perfection. He’s somewhere between 12-14 years old, but in Snowball’s mind, age is just a number. Snowball can coexist with all sorts of creatures - humans, dogs, cats, you name it. He is gentle, sweet, and peaceful. Snowball is a total cuddle bug and is happy to sit on your lap, be pet, or be carried around in your arms. He is small, he travels calmly, and he’s so well-behaved you can take him anywhere. Snowball loves outdoor cafes and restaurants and is an ideal lunch/dinner es**rt, especially if you promise to offer him a bite of whatever you’re eating.

Terrific on a leash, Snowball enjoys going for walks and getting fresh air. The rest of the time, he’s content to chill out and lounge around at home. Ya know…the retired life! He is comfortable using p*e pads for his bathroom business and is also somewhat trained to relieve himself outside.

This curly-haired cutie-pie doesn’t shed and rarely barks. He is a total mush who is looking for a quiet life with a nice cozy bed to sleep on, a kind human around to show him some love, and yummy food at mealtime. Not too much to ask for!

He was recommended as a hospice placement at first but his medical needs are managed now and he's doing great! His heart murmur is managed with daily meds. And he had a dental about a month or so ago.

He's located in Southbury, CT and adopters would need to travel to pick him up."

A foster has been secured- thank you!!

Foster needed ASAP!

Beautiful Jackie was found tied to a fence abandoned on the street- she’s completely emaciated and very frightened! We’re looking for a foster to help nurse her back to health.

She arrived today- we don’t know how she does with animals or kids but we do know she needs a calm and peaceful household to help her recover. We ask that her foster home be willing to bring her back to the shelter for veterinary appointments!
