We know you love your dog, we love ours too. And that's why we're here. Danielle, the Owner and Head Trainer for Dogslanding, has worked at nearly every doggy daycare from Southern California to the great state of Texas. Her experiences have been awful despite the constant love she has received from the pets she's worked with. She started this venture with the mission to change p

et care for the better and to provide a service she would trust her own pets with. At Dogslanding we strive to give your canine the most enriching experience possible. We firmly believe that your pet needs more than just supervision, whether old or young, every dog deserves to use its mind and body to its fullest potential. We aim to please every breed, from your hunting dog to your golden doodle. Safety, Stimulation, and Socialization is our motto and our personal goal for your pet. Boarding & Daycare dogs will stay at the Bunk House in Cedar Creek where there is round-the-clock care for your canine. Training also available! When your pet comes to us you can sleep at night knowing you are providing them with the most excellent care. And we can sleep at night knowing we're providing it! We can't wait to meet your furry friends. �

It’s JULY, and the 4th falls on a Friday this year… which means fireworks all weekend long. 🎇

Now’s the time to prep your dogs — don’t wait until the booms start.

Firework safety tips:
• Keep dogs securely indoors before dark
• Double check microchips and ID tags
• Play white noise or calming music
• Use crate covers or give them a cozy den
• Get in extra exercise earlier in the day
• Use CBD or calming supplements (start early!)
• Avoid off-leash time, even in fenced yards

If your pup is with us for boarding or training, they’re in good hands. We’ve got quiet zones, music, staff on site, and cameras running 24/7.

📣 New student spotlight: Brutus! This stunning 2.5-year-old Borzoi has already been through basic obedience and even some e-collar work — but he’s still struggling with reactivity toward other dogs and some underlying anxiety.

Brutus is now enrolled in our 6-week behavioral rehab program to work on building confidence, improving impulse control, and learning how to navigate the world with more stability and less stress.

We’re excited to help this sensitive, soulful boy make real progress. Welcome to the Academy, Brutus! 🖤

Reactivity in small dogs is often overlooked or brushed off as “just how they are,” but barking, lunging, and guarding are all signs that your pup might be feeling unsure or overwhelmed. These behaviors are common, but they don’t have to be permanent.
