Update on sweet Blue’s recovery journey 💙

Unfortunately, due to delays in shipping from the company supplying the grafting materials, we were unable to proceed with the planned skin graft procedure as scheduled.

However, Blue was evaluated by an affiliated specialist, and after examination, they determined that he is healing well on his own and is expected to continue recovering successfully.

We are incredibly thankful for everyone’s continued support, prayers, and donations throughout Blue’s healing process.

We think it’s safe to say Blue is a big fan of his chicken donations. He gobbles up every bite! Blue thanks you for keeping his stash stocked! If you feel led to contribute please message us for more information 🐶🍗

Our hospital will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.

If your pet needs medication refills, please plan ahead before the holiday weekend.

We are happy to share that Blue is recuperating!

He is stable and being closely monitored as he recovers from the effects of smoke exposure, fire, and trauma of the event.

Although he has a long road to recovery, we are encouraged by his progress! Blue is responding well to treatment. We are excited to see improvement.
Every day is filled with new little victories and lots of love from our team.

Please continue to keep Blue and his owner in your thoughts as they recover.
