*ATTENTION*
Effective October 7th, 2025 we will be putting into effect a new pricing structure that will be applied to all existing and new clients. This new structure will be an overall increase to current pricing.
Our prices will be based on size/weight and hair type vs our current “breed” pricing to make the cost fair overall to our clients and our groomers. Our supply cost has also raised significantly in the last year. We will update clients on your new cost as soon as possible before their next groom, feel free to reach out on the page if you have any questions, but please refrain from contacting our groomers on their personal cell phones.

A few other slight changes is we will be enforcing our No-Show, Late Cancellation, and Late Pickup fees. These fees have always been a part of our business, but we will now be enforcing these fees to benefit our groomers. No-show and late cancellations directly affect our groomers-so if you don’t show up they do not get paid.
No-Show and Late Cancellation fees will be 50% of the groom cost. Any new clients that no show on their first appointment will be held to this fee, and be required to pre-pay for their next grooming appointment at the time of scheduling.
To avoid a late cancellation fee you will need to contact us in some way AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. You may message us on this page, call the salon, or text one of the groomers. If your appointment is on Monday, you will need to use another avenue besides calling the salon directly since we are closed on the weekend and do not have access to the voicemail. If late cancellations become a habit for clients, we will require you to pre-pay for your groom before scheduling.
All dogs must be picked up within an hour of completion unless prior arrangements have been made before the day of the appointment. We highly prefer you make these arrangements at the time of making the appointment, but at the very least at the time of the confirmation call/text you receive the day before your appointment. We can not guarantee we can accommodate every request, but we will do our best to make it work for everyone. If no prior arrangements have been made, and your dog is here past that hour it will be a $10 an hour charge on top of the groom price.
