This was the before and after. We normally don’t redo mounts but glad we could make it happen on this big tom…. Keep in mind cats are one of the hardest species to mount!!

We were blessed to be part of the 2025 NM Taxidermy show! Lucus and our crew worked hard on there pieces! Had some long days/nights! But their hard work paid off!!! Lucus took home some awards for his lion and bobcat. Ethan took an award for his bear.. Duane did an incredible job on his deer! And a shout out to the rest of our crew stepping up in the shop keeping the rest of our work rolling!!
Oaklee took rocket the raccoon and Allie took a soft mount Fox… they were super excited about there pieces!
They mentioned the best part about the show is the PEOPLE, and they’re right! We are blessed to have met some of the greatest people at this show!! And some incredible taxidermists!

Been slacking on pictures but finally had to take some of this guy… Lucus built this head with a medium jaw set… they don’t make a switch out head this size so he made his own… pretty tuff to build your own lion head.. customer really wanted a relaxed open mouth so it got done.. now on to the next!
