April 2025 - Horse Boarding - we will have two (2) stalls available in the next month or so.
Geldings only.
Located in the beautiful hills between Cazenovia, Chittenango and Manlius New York.
Wind Swept Hill Farm provides full care board at $450 per month.
Board includes:
- 12x12 stalls with a window
- free choice hay from local providers
- daily turnout with 2-3 other geldings
- 120x100 outdoor arena (NO indoor)
- heated buckets and stock tank during the cold weather
- pelleted bedding with daily cleanings
- pasture rotation
- medicating (no upcharge)
- reliable vet and farrier services established
- heated tack room
- access to trails
-2-4 barn cats (hard to keep track....lol)
- owners live on premises
Horses must be reasonably well behaved in a group of 3-4 other horses (no back shoes permitted).
Owners are responsible for the purchase of grain and supplements.
We pride ourselves in excellent care of the horses here, both our own and our boarders. We believe that horses deserve to have time to be horses as well as develop a close, positive relationship with their owners. The horses are handled every day and monitored closely throughout the day- our barn owner works from a home office with a view to the pastures!
