One of North Carolina's most heartwarming places for pet lovers is the “Rainbow Bridge” in Apex, North Carolina. Created just a few months ago, this small bridge sits along the Beaver Creek Greenway trail and is painted to honor the Rainbow Bridge that many believe pets cross when they pass away. The bright rails are covered with collars and leashes left behind as tributes, with each one telling a quiet story of love, loyalty, and shared life. Set among trees with only the soft sounds of the greenway nearby, the bridge feels calm and personal, giving visitors a place to stop, think, and remember. The bridge is inspired by the “Rainbow Bridge” poem, which describes pets waiting in a peaceful place, free from pain, until the day they are reunited with the people who loved them. It’s a simple but deeply moving place that means a lot to many pet owners across North Carolina.

Baby #2 coming in August ♥️

We are so excited to be growing our little family, however, it also means I need to reevaluate where my time and energy goes. I have absolutely loved pet sitting as a side gig for the last 8 years, but it’s time for me to slow down, enjoy my kiddos while they’re young, and not run around like a chicken with its head cut off every weekend and holiday 🤣

I have met so many incredible families and their beloved fur babies, that I cannot bring myself to throw in the towel completely. I will still be sitting, but with a very limited availability. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

It’s all so bittersweet; excited for this new chapter, but sad to leave the last. Give your puppers a kiss for me, I will miss them ♥️

And just like that, my baby is ONE ♥️

“Children change your life”, the truest statement. I have been incredibly blessed with amazing clients and very steady business. But over this past year, I’ve realized I need to stop always saying yes to work, and say yes more often to my family. This little guy is growing so fast, and I want to enjoy ever second that I can.

With that said, I will be taking time to relax and vacation. Along with enjoy my brother, my husbands best friend, and my best friend, all getting married this summer. I will still pet sit (because how can I not? I love them all so 🥰), but I will be cutting down and booking in advance. So please message/call/text with any inquires or dates you need.
