We help animals in dire situations such as running up and down highways or living in sewer systems. We work in areas that are too dangerous for original TNR programs, such as busy roadways, in neglected parts of the city, or in buildings scheduled to be demolished. We go the extra mile that other people and groups won't. We have years of personal experience with house cats, stray cats, feral cats,

abused & abandoned dogs, small animals, farm animals, and even a lot of volunteer work with wild animals and exotic animals. We are dedicated to bettering the lives of any animal that is unwanted or homeless. Through rescue, rehab, adoption and spay and neuter we strive to lessen the number of animals that suffer from abuse and neglect.We will treat every and any animal as family from the moment it comes in to our care and forever more. Any animal once rescued by us is welcome back any time later in the future, no matter what.

‼️‼️HELP NEEDED‼️‼️We are in desperate need of kitten supplies! 🐾 We currently have over 40 kittens & at least 3 pregnant females! They are using up our funds quickly ☹️ We are also still providing vet care to several adult cats & helping TNR community cats. Rescue work never stops! If you are able to help, we would GREATLY appreciate!

But older cats don't play and I want a cat that plays.

While it's true noone plays like a kitten, except a kitten, many older cats do still play. Rusty, guessed to be around 5 years old, really likes playing with interactive toys and his mouse. He drowned his cardinal plush toy today in his water 🤔. You have to stay hydrated during the summer, I guess.

Rusty is new to playing and often traps his toy like prey outside so we're working on letting it go to chase again. He's already learning as you can see. If you want to help Rusty advance, he is available for adoption.

Rusty is recommended as an only cat currently, but has acted very positively towards his foster's resident cat.

Oh, Enrique. This handsome boy was born at his current foster home on 3-17-25. The rest of his litter were adopted & he is last man standing. And here he still is 🖤 Enrique doesn't "show" well. He is very timid with new people. This is why he has never been housed at Petco. We knew that would be too stressful for him. Once he gets to know you, he will revert back to his loving, attention seeking, curious self. He does well with other cats. Poppy is a very sweet, affectionate young cat who absolutely loves people. Somehow this loving girl ended up surviving on the streets of Baltimore, where she was being cared for in a community cat colony before coming into rescue. Despite her rough start, Poppy has never lost her trusting, gentle nature.
She is also an incredibly devoted mama to her daughter, Pippa, who was rescued alongside her. Even though Pippa is now 9 months old, Poppy still lets her “baby” nurse for comfort — a true sign of the deep bond they share. Poppy helps her shy daughter feel safe and teaches her every day that people can be trusted and loved.
Poppy is quite the little conversationalist! She loves chatting with sweet chirpy meows and rewarding her people with loud, happy purrs. She enjoys attention, companionship, and being close to her humans.
Because of their special connection, Poppy and Pippa must be adopted together. They are the perfect pair for someone looking to welcome twice the love, companionship, and purrs into their home.

Pippa is a beautiful 9-month-old tabby girl with big curious eyes and a gentle spirit. She came to rescue from a community cat colony in Baltimore City along with her devoted mommy, Poppy. Though still learning that people can be trusted, Pippa has already made wonderful progress in foster care.

This playful young kitten loves chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, and staying close to her mama. She’s especially bonded to Poppy and still nurses occasionally for comfort (!), so they would thrive best if adopted together.

Pippa is shy at first and still a little skittish about being touched, but her sweet personality shines through more every day. She happily rubs against her foster parents’ legs for affection and enjoys laying beside them once she feels safe. Petting is still something she’s learning to accept, outside of mealtime (she will tolerate most any handling while she is eating), but with patience, love, and a calm home, Pippa continues to blossom.

Pippa would do best with an adopter who understands that trust takes time and who will celebrate the small victories as she gains confidence. Watching her come out of her shell is incredibly rewarding, and she has so much love to give.

If you’re looking for a gentle, playful companion and have room in your heart for both Pippa and Poppy, this sweet pair may be the perfect addition to your family.

Do you have a lonely cat at home? A cat who could use a buddy while you’re at work? Doc might be the perfect match.

Doc is a super friendly, chatty, affectionate boy who would thrive in a home with another cat — or even multiple cats! He doesn’t seem to like dogs much, but he absolutely loves food, treats, brushing, and attention.

He’s the kind of cat who will happily snuggle on your chest, play with your hair, and gently nibble for affection. He enjoys sleeping near you, though he definitely likes to come and go on his own terms. He’s incredibly sweet, loving, and easy to adore.

At around 5–6 years old, Doc is past the wild kitten stage but still enjoys toys and playtime. He’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly.

Adopt Doc through ASHA and gain a best friend for life — especially if wet food and treats are involved. ❤️
