This photo came up in FB memories today. It is a shame what the VA cemetery has done, or sometimes doesn't do to gravesights, including the headstones. The rules are a bit ridiculous. Someone tell me what is wrong with making a resting place beautiful. We should be able to adorn it (tactfully) and keep it up ourselves. This make me want to go up there and re-do it.

He is here!! It took a lot of time and effort, but he is here. Thank you, Johanna for letting me have this beautiful boy, and Tristan for getting him here safely. I call him Fin, short for Fineas or Finnigan like in begin again. I've worked 38 years to achieve and keep a look that I prefer. It's a look that could be recognized by breeders and other exhibitors when we were in a showhall. After all these years, it's time to quit or add something. After all these years you'd think it would have been easier to add. This is my first overseas experience. I love this boy. I loved him the minute I saw his photo. He has my Frankie's face and his color!!! Though a little extreme in the ear department, I believe he will enhance my moderate look and not change it. On top of all that, he is a sweetheart! I am so happy.

I had to move some cabinet pieces into the house from the car. I made sure Grimm and Sugar were closed in the bedroom. Sarge was fast asleep on the couch. Sarge is deaf. I left the backdoor open to move freely in and out with the pieces. Each one had to go up to the second floor. By the time I got to the third piece, I turned from the car and saw this. I'm lucky I didn't drop the darn cabinet piece! Sarge decided to take a walk. Those of you that know him, know he was doing that famous meow and followed me right back into the house for guess what?? Turkey, it's always the turkey.
