The Barking Lot is a state of the art self-service dog wash where dog and owner bond while enjoying a place where safety and cleanliness are the standard for an easy time to wash their pet. Dog owners have No clean up as The Barking Lot cleans disinfects between each wash. Add-ons
that are often needed between grooms such as nails, ears, glands, and so forth can be done at bath time or any other time, no appointment is necessary for self wash or add-ons. The Barking Lot understands the issue of dogs waiting in a kennel to be groomed or picked up versus letting dogs roam freely in the grooming area. I have read reviews about smell and cleanliness and decided that the best way to address this issue is to never overbook, but to set appointments sequentially. This cuts into revenue because fewer dogs are groomed but in turn each dog has the groomer's undivided attention. Little or no time is spent in the kennel waiting to be groomed and we call the owner 10- 20 minutes before the grooming is finished to keep kennel time to a minimum. Each kennel has a soft rug and water so kennel time is as comfortable as possible. Full Service Grooms and Bath and Tidy's are performed with the time needed to insure each dog is carefully groomed. The price always includes nails, ears, glands (if necessary), and a blueberry facial! You know you can't leave your dog in the car and you need to shop or go for appointments. Park your dog at The Barking Lot. Fees are designed to save you gas money and time. Grooming Services allow an extra hour for pick up at no charge. The Barking Lot is located in the Target Shopping Center, right Beside Trader Joes, with both TJ’s and The Barking Lot being right on 111 in Cathedral City. 760-647-BARK (2275).
