stole $550 from us. Claims the red glitter goni he received on Sept 20 is dead when he posts a Pic on Oct 21 where you can see it in the front of his glitter bombs and green hammer clearly still alive. He played us well and claimed damage when received so he had "proof" for his PayPal dispute weeks later (well past any 24-48hr doa period). He also runs a venderup page where he claims no refunds. He'll probably claim "this pic is from before when it was still alive" as he clearly lies, proof by him omitting our latest message in his screen shots to PayPal and said that we failed to reply to him when he contacted us. Our latest message that he didn't include said to keep us updated as how the coral does so we can do our best to insure customer satisfaction. But he ghosts us and doesn't give us updates of any kind and just proceeds to open the PayPal dispute. Claimed the bag leaked water when he sends a video of the coral in a bag full of water and proof we pack the coral well using a Styrofoam piece to suspend the coral. This guy gives our industry a bad rap and should not be supported.
