Good morning, everyone! ❤️

I wanted to let you know that I am back at work today for scheduled grooming appointments and will continue to be here for appointments moving forward.


I will also be slowly returning phone calls as we continue to navigate Kirstin's recovery. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and the prayers, kind words, and support you've shown our family. It has truly meant more than you know.

If you could please share this post so our regular customers will see this update, I would greatly appreciate it. It will help us reach everyone a little faster.

We're taking things one day at a time, and I'm grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for sticking with us through this difficult time. We look forward to seeing you and your pups soon! 🐾❤️

We wanted to give everyone an update and ask for a little grace during this difficult time.

Our daughter was involved in a serious car accident. She suffered a broken humerus that will require surgery today, fractures to her L1 and L2 vertebrae that will be treated with a back brace, and a skull fracture with a small brain bleed. Thankfully, the brain bleed is minimal, has remained stable, and her doctors are very encouraged by her progress. While her injuries are significant, we truly believe she is going to make a good recovery with time.

Unfortunately, she will be unable to work for at least 12 weeks.

We kindly ask for your patience as we adjust our schedule. We completely understand if you need to use another groomer during this time, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

I plan to begin working and returning calls toward the end of the week. If you are already on the schedule, you will be my first priority. If your appointment was missed this week because of this emergency, you will also be among my top priorities as I work everyone back into the schedule.

We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of our clients. Thank you for your prayers, your patience, your kindness, and your understanding as we focus on helping our daughter heal while continuing to serve you as best we can.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have a grooming appointment with us this week, we will be unavailable.

Unfortunately, Kirstin was in a wreck and is at the hospital in Pensacola. She will need some recovery time.

I will be in sometime this week to make phone calls after more information is given.
