She walks nice on leash, takes treats gently, appears housebroken and knows basic commands like sit and stay. Cottontail is listed as a 5 year old, 48 pound male Australian Kelpie mix. What a great little guy!!
He likes humans and pups.
He arrived as a stray and we are already in love!
He’s a playful sweet boy, he has beginning obedience skills and is eager to continue learning.

PuPpY! This poor puppy lived on the patio and is slightly under socialized. He may appear unfriendly in his kennel. He may be cautious when he enters the play yard. Please give him a minute. He warms up. If you pick him, he will pick you and be loyal for life! Draco is playful and a perfect age for training. Please give this pup a chance! Draco, , is listed as a 1 year old, 66 pound Alaskan Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier. Staff are recommending an adult home with no other dogs. Please come to Castaic for a visit!

Heartbreaking💔💔💔
Bonded pair of seniors dumped at shelter😢😢
Lucy(female) and Tiger( male) are 9 year old, 18 lb terrier mixes surrendered because their owner could no longer take care of them. They are both very sweet but sad and confused at the shelter. They cling to each other for security. In their previous home, they were kept outside but we are hoping to find them a loving home together where they can be indoors as part of a family. They deserve to spend their golden years surrounded by love. According to previous owner, they got along with other animals.

This handsome boy is friendly, playful, calm, and loves people 🤍 Cub arrived with skin wounds that have healed up nicely 🩺✨, but he’s ready to leave the shelter behind and start his next chapter.

🐾 Cub seems to prefer the ladies and may enjoy the company of female dog friends.

Bumble is a 3 year old Shepherd mix boy with the most adorable squishy face!
He was dumped and forgotten, arrived as stray and nobody came for him.
He’s timid at first but warms up quickly to nice people with a gentle touch. He’s a ladies man so does better with female dogs. Mostly he’s just scared and confused at the shelter.

Large black dogs struggle the most to be saved from shelters. Please help these sweet pups🙏

Meet 5-yr-old Iccies , and 6-yr-old Osiris , Rottweiler female and male that were left here when their family moved.
Osiris seems to look for them sometimes. Iccies clearly wants to be part of a family again as well.
Iccies is a belly rub loving sweetheart of a girl. Osiris a bit more independent, a fun loving boy.
Both of them are friendly and have lived with children. They can be nervous when meeting new dogs and new people at first, but warm up quickly when met with calm and gentleness.
They get along well together but are not bonded. If you have another pup please email to arrange a fence meet and greet.
Mostly they each need to be part of a home again, and they are running out of time.
I know their perfect new homes are out there somewhere, whether together or separate.
