The Rescue Effect is coming to DACC! " On September 8 & 9, all 7 Los Angeles County Animal Care Centers will be participating in the ASPCA's The Rescue Effect campaign-and we're waiving adoption fees for two days only!
That means adoption fees are $0 for dogs, cats, and small animals, and every adoption includes spay/neuter and a microchip. (License and trust fees, if applicable, still apply)
Two days. Seven shelters. So many animals waiting for their next chapter.

Why yes! Buster is handsome! He is a 6 year old, 49 lb Alaskan Husky/Lab male. . Previous owner wrote on pet profile: housebroken (that's a plus), not destructive and doesn't try to escape. Very loving-rolls over for belly rubs when he's comfortable with you. Enjoys 20 minute walks. Walks politely on leash. Has been mostly an indoor dog. Shelter is recommending calm dogs. A home with no cats is required. If Buster sounds like a good match for your family you can meet him at SCV/Castaic Shelter.
