✨Tip Tuesday✨

🐴Many of us have owned, or known, a horse that is adverse to dewormer or oral medications. Below is a video from equine behaviorist Gemma Pearson breaking down the steps to making oral medications a stress free experience for both you and your horse. The key is breaking the task down into small, easily achievable steps and only moving on to the next step when your horse is very comfortable with the previous.

🍂Now that giving oral medications is a breeze, don't forget that fall is a great time to administer a dewormer containing Praziquantel as this will ensure you are treating for tapeworms at least once a year!
