Islands is a cartoon about a family with the last name ISLAND set in sunny South Florida, Islands is autobiographical based on Ernie Rowe's real-life experiences, have fun, PEACE! Islands are semi-autobiographical; it is a cartoon created specifically to be viewed on all social media formats. Ernie has been, gifted with a natural ability to draw in many mediums, a graduate of the Art Institue of F

ort Lauderdale. Ernie was born and raised is south Florida, working at Everglades Direct lead him to a direction of cartooning, having designed many Christmas cards and cover art, yes! It was 15 years ago that I came up with the concept of Islands. If you look at those early cartoons you will see the Island style coming through. Islands is now a refined, to a point that the characters truly live, develop to a style that is easily recognizable and very commercially viable, Hats, Tees, Canvas Bags, towels, fragrances, clothing, has the potential to be a media phenomenon. Thick and thin to draw you in! Looking for an investor, with vision. Islands are rendered using thin sharpie black pens, roughed out on tracing paper, scanned cleaned up using the art program Paint. a very simple way, I draw therefor I'm. I now draw every day, doing finished features, and concepting, you never know when inspiration will hit. Islands is a comic strip about a family the ISLANDS who live in South Florida. With Sofia and Selma Island they have a Cuban mother and NURSE Isabel Island who is LOAD AND PROUD, an eccentric dad Ernie Island who is a cartoonist, inventor, musician and dreamer, they have many pets Mr. Fuzzy and Pepper and Salty cat, oh and don’t forget Ronny Mouse and those colorful Gypsy Rooster. South Florida is a very special place to live, with beaches, eccentric neighbors and a diverse culture it provides a colorful backdrop that's a larger-than-life character unto itself. Wow, I'm totally excited and thrilled that one of my ideas is finally being used, for those of you who follow me you may remember my DRONE SECURITY IDEA, A company in in Texas CAMPAS GUARDIAN ANGEL" HAS MADE IT REAL" They are testing The First Active Shooter Suppression Service right here in Florida at Deltona High. With plans to eventually deploy this system to every school in the nation. It's TOTALLY AWESOME! I made some screen captures of the Ideas. Please note the dates. The first one was from 2018, eight years ago, I'm elated and so proud. No child should fear going to school, no parent should be worried about sending the kid to school!
