What a crazy couple weeks, or months, it's been! The moving, merging, and surgery definitely tested me in many ways, but I am on the mend and so very ready to regain a little routine and normalcy. We all know that MY normal is always a little bit of a roller coaster, but just gonna keep rolling in my sparkly little dumpster, haha!!
I will be back in the salon Monday, on a lighter schedule for a week or two, but ready to open the floodgates and start filling my books again. Going forward, I am asking that you utilize the Dolly Dog system.... business phone and PawPartner client portal. I know many of you are needing appointments very soon, and we have a never-ending new client and cancelation list that I will be pulling off of. It is EXTREMELY IMPERATIVE that you get your doggos scheduled as soon as possible, and keep future appointments booked.
To schedule:
Call Dolly Dog Co., or go online, and request an appointment with me. You will either be given an available time, or one of the gals will take your info and add you to my appointment list. You MUST create/complete your PawPartner client profile, if you haven't already, and confirm your reservation within 24 hours, or the timeslot will expire and become available to other clients. I know there have been A LOT of changes, but the PawPartner system is pretty easy, and ensures much more efficient communication... and that messages dont get buried in my personal phone.
Please also remember:
✨️ Appointments do take longer. Typically, 3 to 4 hours... sometimes less, sometimes more. Depends on your dog, depends on the day. Unexpected delays happen... like broken gas lines, power outages, dogs needing breaks throughout the process, us groomers needing breaks or sustenance. We try our best to be as quick and efficient as possible, but rushed grooming just isn't safe, or enjoyable, for your doggos or us.
✨️ I am now an employee, and pricing is set by the company. Cost of services, additional fees, and add-ons are posted on Dolly's website, and in the salon.
✨️ Accepted payments are cash, credit, debit. No checks, no Venmo.
✨️ Proof of current rabies vaccination is legally required to provide service.
So far, being at Dolly has been a tremendously awesome change for me, and our floofy friends are loving it, too!! I will be starting to phase out tending to the Dapper Dog business page, and create a new Dolly Dog page. Hopefully, this will eliminate some of the confusion.
