A new bill is making its way through the North Carolina legislature that would ban balloon releases statewide. 🚫

That means no more “let it go” moments at weddings, memorials, or beach photoshoots. The state’s not playing, you could face a $250 fine if you organize or take part in a balloon release.✋🏻

Why? Because those balloons don’t float to heaven, they end up in our trees, our waterways, and the bellies of wildlife that call this place home. 🌊🐢

Coastal counties like Dare and Currituck have been saying it for years, and now the whole state’s on board:

If you love North Carolina, keep your balloons grounded.❤️

Maybe light a candle. Plant a tree. Hug your boo twice instead. 🕯️

Pretty paws opened its door Thanks to so many wonderful clients, some of you being with us from the start! Wow!
Its been a great journey!
We've been lucky to have had some wonderful groomers that have helped make pretty Paws so successful
A special thankyou to Denique Williams who has been with us for 30 years!!!!
Amy Baugh who is on her 10th year with us and who will take over next year.
Thankyou so much to everyone who has trusted us with their pups thru the years!
Of course we all have our trying days but mostly its been alot of fun going to work each day!
