We are SO THANKFUL for these ladies and all they do for the clinic. Veterinary technicians and assistants have endless roles and countless skills. But at the end of the day, the shared passion of caring for animals is what brings us together as a team. In honor of vet tech week, we're sending some extra 🙌 their way.

Happy Fall, ya'll! 🍁🎃 It's obvious we love our four legged family members around here, but our little humans really hold our hearts. We enjoyed getting all the littles in our clinic family together for a fun day. They truly are the sweetest!

Did somebody say CHEESE?!? We sweetened the deal for this cutie's puppy visit when there was a little 🧀 involved!

Back by popular demand! We have finally been able to set aside a day this fall for a low cost cat spay/neuter day. Feral/outdoor cats are welcome and we encourage getting those cats in, as over population of these cats is a concern. If you're interested, don't delay in reserving your spot as these days fill very quickly.

Introduction time! We have a new face here at the clinic, although we're confident many of you already know her. You may recognize her because of her amazing baking skills and her own local small business, Sara's Sweet and Savory. (Don't worry-- she's still baking 😉.) Sara recently joined our team to help out at the office on a part time basis. We have been very fortunate to get to know Sara and her husband Matt as we've helped care for their pets and their goat herd over the past several years. Sara has many years of practice management experience in the human medical fields, and we are so excited for the opportunity to have her at our clinic. Welcome Sara!

It's Hancock County 4-H Fair week-- our favorite time of year! 💚🍀 If you haven't checked out the page for Hancock County 4H Federation, you should! It highlights everything happening out at the extension center in Carthage. We proudly support these great youth and we hope you're able to head out and see them show off their hard work this week.

Not too shabby for an impromptu team photo 😆
We never manage to get everyone together in the same picture, but we did today! Believe it or not, today marks the start of Dr. Kaylee's 11th year providing veterinary care in our area, and it also marks the start our 6th year operating as Countryside Veterinary Care. We have met so many amazing people and animals on this journey, and we look forward to many great years ahead with you. 🐕🐈🐎🐄🐑🐐

Update...we have the phone issue with the emergency line resolved and all messages have been returned. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

We just learned this morning that our emergency line isn't working and we are not receiving calls or messages on that line. We think it has to do with our cell phone carrier recently changing, and we sincerely apologize if we have missed any calls. We are working to correct this as soon as possible.
