It's Hancock County 4-H Fair week-- our favorite time of year! 💚🍀 If you haven't checked out the page for Hancock County 4H Federation, you should! Not too shabby for an impromptu team photo 😆
We never manage to get everyone together in the same picture, but we did today! Believe it or not, today marks the start of Dr. Kaylee's 11th year providing veterinary care in our area, and it also marks the start our 6th year operating as Countryside Veterinary Care. We have met so many amazing people and animals on this journey, and we look forward to many great years ahead with you. 🐕🐈🐎🐄🐑🐐

Update...we have the phone issue with the emergency line resolved and all messages have been returned. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

We just learned this morning that our emergency line isn't working and we are not receiving calls or messages on that line. We think it has to do with our cell phone carrier recently changing, and we sincerely apologize if we have missed any calls. We are working to correct this as soon as possible.

Just a quick reminder - if your pet struggles with a fear of fireworks and we need to get something for them to help settle the fear for the upcoming weekend, please call our office soon. We've tried to prepare ourselves for this...but it's going to be a big adjustment regardless. This will be Kim's last week at the clinic as she will be retiring and moving back "home" closer to family. Kim has been such a dedicated part of our team for nearly 8 years. She's brought so much knowledge and many skills to the table that have helped us develop this practice into what it is today. We appreciate the love and effort she has poured into her time here, and we know that will be impossible to replace. Kim will be here Tuesday through Thursday this week, and we'll celebrate her last day on Thursday with some tasty treats. We'd love to have you stop by and celebrate her retirement with us. 💙

We know there are several kids working hard to prepare their animals for upcoming shows. This is a friendly reminder to plan ahead for any health papers you may need. We've transitioned completely over to electronic CVIs and calling ahead to go through details on your show animals is very helpful!
