Tennessee Shire Farms A CSA experiment: Big Ideas on a Small Scale We are two people who like adventures and healthy, sustainably produced food.

So we are trying out our own micro-CSA on my parents' farm in Carthage (about 50 minutes from Nashville) in a cow pasture. Our plan is basic, we want to supply 10 or so friends with a weekly share of vegetables and fruits from June to September. We are still working out some of the specifics, but will be updating this page as we nail things down.

I am very happy that it is a beautiful snowy day in Colorado! But, I find myself missing the Shire...

Our "local agriculture" has moved to a new locale...Golden, CO. Will we ever be back in TN? More than likely. For now, hit up your other local farms! And if you live in Colorado, we will have a great garden this year so stay in touch!!!
