✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

As many of you know, K9 Comfort Paws Carthage Facility is closing its doors. This decision comes with mixed emotions, but it also brings an opportunity to celebrate something very special.

Over the last year, I’ve had the privilege of watching a remarkable young woman, Cassi, step into her passion for dogs and grooming. At just 16 years old, she has shown more dedication, patience, and love for animals than many twice her age. Cassi started here with us as her very first job, and from day one, she poured her heart into every pup she bathed, brushed, and cuddled.

I believe in nurturing the dreams of those who are willing to work hard for them. That’s why K9 Comfort Paws is passing forward all of the grooming equipment from our Carthage location to Cassi—so she can begin building her own journey in the dog grooming world. This isn’t just a gift of tools; it’s a gift of trust in her future, her ability, and her heart for dogs.

Cassi represents the best of what K9 Comfort Paws has always stood for: love, responsibility, and compassion. Watching her grow from a teenager with her “first real job” into a young professional ready to take on the grooming world has been one of my greatest joys.

To our clients and community: please support Cassi as she steps into this new adventure. She has everything it takes to succeed, and now she has the tools to make it happen. I can’t wait to see where her journey leads.

Good morning! Everyone knows that K9 Comfort Paws has closed,with that being said Cassi,our groomer who is only 16 wants to continue out of her home with the help of her parents.They are in the process of getting everything planned out and equipment moved and ordered.Cassi will soon have a business page as well.I hope the community will support her through her journey as wanting to be a business owner at a very young age,a job that she absolutely loves. Please continue to follow this page for future update.

Thank you for those that supported the youth in their passion to serve our community K9s and their humans. Without their love for dogs, K9 Comfort Paws in Carthage, TN would not have existed.

Message from Owner: K9 Comfort Paws Carthage Facility wishes to thank those humans who have loved their dogs as much as we do by bringing them for individualized and personalized spa days created for each and every K9 that has come through our doors. We are thankful for the opportunity to have loved on your dogs. The happiness and love we have experienced with every paw, kiss, and cuddle is the sole reason anyone that has come in contact with each K9 can say is the reason we have shown up and open our doors.

K9 Comfort Paws Carthage Facility will not be reopening to any future new appointments. While the business as a whole is not closing, the Kennel Site in Carthage is closing.

We are aware there will be rumored speculation as to why the facility is closing, let it be clear that any rumors heard throughout our community are not the reason this facility is closing.

Please be respectful of the youth that experienced their first ever jobs working at K9 Comfort Paws that wish to continue working within the community and know that if they choose to continue working with dogs, this is because it is their passion to take care of your dogs the best they know how. Trust that they have learned every reasonable aspect on how to safely and properly care for dogs of all breed, size, including those needing specialized care. They have become accustomed to being the best in the industry and should be highly considered for any potential employment in their futures.

K9 Comfort Paws entity of Training, Travel, and its extension of The Saint Bernard Search and Rescue Unit as well as community and worldwide visits will continue. Reach out to Kerry Directly for more information.
