We hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, due to the recent low temperatures, our water pipes have burst, and we are unable to provide grooming services at this time.

We regret to inform you that we must cancel all appointments until further notice. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to contact you with updates and reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue.

I want to thank each of you for your patience and understanding during this time. I recently had to step away from work due to a loss in our family. Your kind words and support have meant the world to me.

I’m happy to announce that I am returning to work and will be reaching out to reschedule appointments for those whose grooming sessions were canceled. Please know that we have a long list to work through, so I kindly ask for your patience as I make my way to everyone.
