We are a no smoking/vaping facility that does not allow dogs on the property. In Unison Farm LLC has these amenities: 12x12 stalls, 2 H/C wash racks, a temp. controlled tack room and bathroom with a shower, outdoor arena, stadium jumps, some cross country fences, and miles of trails. ard is $800 and pasture is $475 a month. The barn is run by Lee Ann Gilson, who is an A graduate from the United States Pony Club. She is an Eventer and has been riding for over 40 years. Lee Ann offers Dressage and jumping lessons to riders on their own horses. Lee Ann is a certified instructor with USEA for Level II - Training

I picked up a new boarder today and when I got there and cut my truck off I heard a bird squawking, from under my hood. Raised the hood and it flew out from inside where the fan belt is. Looked perfectly fine, which is amazing. It was not there when I left my farm. All I can figure is it must’ve swooped out in front of me while I was driving and got sucked up into the engine.

Unbeknownst to me when I put the lattice across the troughs to stop the boys from splashing all the water out I made a perfect birdbath when the trough is full enough.

It is always a race with these two each morning as to who can roll first. Astro won today but clearly wasn’t finished considering he rolled again.

Nestled less than four miles from I 75 off exit 296 is a haven for your horse and you. Sand arena is 130' x 200' with jumps and a small dressage ring set up, miles of manicured trails on property, large fields for daily turnout, stalls are 12x12 and matted, quality fescue hay and grain are fed, temperature controlled tack room and bathroom with shower, two wash racks with hot/cold water. The extras do not cost you extra here. In Unison Farm is run/worked by a graduate A pony clubber and USEA ECP certified instructor. Dressage and jumping lessons are available but you do not need to be in a lesson program. Call or text Lee Ann for a tour 678-873-8785. Full board is $800 a month, pasture board is $475 a month.
